Before you pay
A $200 non-refundable deposit secures the start date of your training program and credits toward your training program cost. A 50% payment must be completed before training begins. The final 50% of program cost is then due when the dog returns home and/or completes training. You may also choose to pay your program in full at checkout.
Training appointments and programs may be refunded or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the first scheduled appointment. Beyond this period, refunds remain at the sole discretion of Supreme Canine, LLC.
Training programs must be completed within double the standard program duration to account for emergencies, missed lessons, and scheduling conflicts.
Appointments are scheduled by text or email on a first-come, first-served basis. We'll text you to confirm your dates after you book online.
Owners must provide proof of current vaccinations (digital or paper copy). Upload them in your client portal before booking.
Online payments are made on PayPal's secure checkout with PayPal or any major credit or debit card. In person we also accept cash, checks, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, Venmo and PayPal. Processing fees may apply to certain payments.
